UAE Company Formation

Forming a company in the UAE means choosing a jurisdiction, selecting licensed activities that match what you will actually do, preparing incorporation documentation, and obtaining a trade licence from the relevant authority. Baynex Global LLC-FZ is a licensed Corporate Services Provider and handles this process, along with the compliance obligations that follow it.

Where most formations go wrong

Two mistakes account for most of the problems we are asked to fix afterwards.
The first is choosing activities badly. Activities are selected at incorporation and determine what the company may lawfully invoice for. Companies that pick a cheap approximation of what they do find that their bank questions incoming payments, or that they have to pay for an activity amendment within months.
The second is choosing the jurisdiction on price. The cheapest licence is frequently the one that will not support the visa quota you need, the office arrangement your bank expects, or the client contracts you intend to sign. The saving disappears the first time you need to restructure.
We work through both questions before recommending a structure.

What we handle

Coordinated services

Mainland formation is coordinated with licensed mainland formation partners. Immigration submissions, attestation and legal translation are coordinated with licensed PRO, typing-centre and Ministry of Justice-approved translation providers. We manage the process and remain your point of contact; the regulated steps are performed by the appropriately licensed party.

For most free zone formations: passport copies for all shareholders and directors, passport-sized photographs, proof of address, a business activity description and, where a shareholder is a corporate entity, attested corporate documents. Requirements vary by authority and activity — we confirm the exact list for your case before you begin collecting.

Cost depends on jurisdiction, number of activities, visa quota and office arrangement. Government charges are set by the authority and passed through without markup; our professional fee is quoted separately in the proposal so you can see both.

Many free zone formations can be completed without the shareholder being present, though residence visa issuance requires entry for medical testing and Emirates ID biometrics. We confirm what is required for your chosen jurisdiction.

UAE Corporate Tax applies broadly to businesses including free zone entities, though qualifying free zone persons may benefit from a 0% rate on qualifying income subject to conditions. Registration obligations and deadlines are set by the Federal Tax Authority. We confirm your position and handle registration.
We prepare the application and supporting documentation and coordinate with the bank. The approval decision rests with the bank’s compliance function. A well-prepared file materially improves the outcome; nobody can guarantee it.
Activities can be amended, but amendment involves authority fees, a licence reissue and sometimes a bank notification. It is considerably cheaper to get it right at incorporation, which is why we spend time on it.
