Baynex Global LLC-FZ holds a Corporate Services Provider licence issued by Meydan Free Zone, Dubai. Free zone formations are handled directly. Mainland and other-jurisdiction formations are coordinated with licensed formation partners in the relevant jurisdiction.

A mainland company is licensed by the relevant emirate’s economic department and can contract directly with the UAE domestic market without restriction. A free zone company is licensed by a free zone authority and operates within that zone’s framework, typically with a simpler setup process. Which is appropriate depends on your customers, your activity and your visa requirements. We assess this before recommending a structure.

Timelines depend on the jurisdiction, the activity and whether external approvals are required. We give a realistic estimate once your activity and structure are confirmed, and we do not quote a headline figure that assumes everything goes perfectly.

Full foreign ownership is available for a wide range of activities in both free zones and, following the 2021 reforms, much of the mainland. Availability depends on the specific activity. We confirm the position for your activity before you commit to a structure.

Typically: corporate bank account application, accounting system setup, assessment of VAT registration obligations, Corporate Tax registration, and establishment cards and visas where required. We provide a compliance calendar covering these at handover.

Yes. UAE companies are required to maintain accounting records and supporting documentation, and retention obligations apply under both commercial and tax legislation. Records also underpin VAT and Corporate Tax filings.

Yes. Documents are exchanged securely and reporting is delivered digitally. Most clients do not need an on-site presence, though we can arrange periodic on-site work where volume or systems require it.

Catch-up accounting is a common engagement. We assess the gap, quote the reconstruction separately from ongoing work, and bring the records current before moving to a monthly cycle.

Approximate monthly transaction volume, number of bank accounts, whether you are VAT registered, headcount if payroll is required, current software, and the state of existing records.

We prepare financial statements and the supporting audit file. An audit opinion on those statements is issued by an independent audit firm registered with the UAE Ministry of Economy. See our audit support page.

Free Zone companies are typically required to submit audited financial statements annually. Mainland companies above certain thresholds may also require audits. Baynex can advise on your specific obligation.

A well-prepared audit for an SME typically takes 2 to 4 weeks from start to signed financial statements. Proper preparation through Baynex significantly reduces this timeline.

Yes. We provide accounting clean-up and catch-up services to organize your financial records before handing them to auditors.

Yes. We provide complete FTA audit support including records preparation, information requests, voluntary disclosure, and penalty objection assistance.

Ownership of approved deliverables transfers to the client on completion in accordance with the engagement terms. Licensed stock, music and third-party assets remain subject to their own licence terms, which we disclose.

No. We commit to a defined scope of work, an agreed measurement framework and honest reporting. Campaign performance depends on the offer, the market and the budget as well as the execution.

Certain sectors and claim types require approvals or are subject to specific advertising standards in the UAE. We flag these at the planning stage rather than after a campaign is rejected.
